TED Talk: How Schools Kill Creativity

Organizational Culture

In my work I’m surrounded by creativity – it’s a human attribute which permeates every conversation and every business decision. Inspired thinking and unique action is part of what makes us who we are—no matter what we do for a living. I was reminded of this the other day when I came across one of my favourite TED Talk by creativity expert Sir Ken Robinson who challenges the way we’re educating our children. He champions a radical rethink of our school systems, to cultivate creativity and acknowledge multiple types of intelligence. Watch this – you’ll be glad you did. Watch more on his TED.com page).
