Paper Promos Work

Marketing

I thought I’d take a moment to pay homage to paper. Sure, the digital age has provided some amazing marketing opportunities but a tangible piece of collateral put in the hands of your target audience can still produce some amazing results.

We created the Relevention Magazine to meet our organizational need for a physical brochure. Instead of a standard brochure, we decided to showcase our expertise and experience in the field through a 36-page magazine highlighting client work, thought-leading articles, and other informative features. The magazine was sent out to a list of approximately 1,500 businesses and handed out to anyone who walked through our office doors. Almost two years later, we still get calls from people who received the first magazine. It integrates with our website and online content strategy which makes it that much more powerful.

There’s something powerful, simple and effective about marketing materials that people can touch and share; dare I say… grope. Digital communication has a lot of benefits, like the speed of delivery and quick access to a sales environment, but the signal to noise ratio is high and your precious message can be trumped in a mili-second by a louder, bigger, cheaper, message.

Some customers need something tangible to look at, consider, and take into a meeting. Professional packages give a professional impression to your audience and when both work in concert with a great digital strategy, the results are fantastic.

Make pieces as timeless as possible and don’t cheap out on the paper and printing techniques, especially if you’re a service business.
