If you have to think too hard on this one then you have bigger fish to fry my friend.

Put yourself in your customer’s shoes, and yes, they’re nice shoes.

What makes your best customers so unique to your business?

Take your best customers and discover similarities between them to help you focus.

Do you create a memorable experience for your customers?

It’s important to know why a customer keeps coming back for more.

What systems are in place to ensure your marketing is successful?

You’ll want to emulate your success without trying to replicate it.

So there you have it, a few thoughts from my marketing brain this week. I share this with you knowing full well that we should probably have a more detailed conversation regarding your Unique Value Proposition (UVP) but I wanted to shake things up a bit and hopefully help you spark a fire.
